Juniors Auctions — Terms & Conditions

1. Buyer’s Premium, Taxes, and Payment Processing Fees
   All purchases are subject to an 18% Buyer’s Premium, plus applicable GST and PST. Payments made by credit card are subject to an additional 3% processing fee. We strongly recommend payment by cash, debit, or e-Transfer.
   A valid payment method is required on file; however, cards on file will not be charged immediately following the auction. Buyers have three (3) days from auction close to pay using their preferred method.

   Any invoice not paid and/or items not picked up within three (3) days of auction close will be charged to the card on file, and the items deemed abandoned and become the property of Juniors Auctions, without further notice.

2. Registration and Online Bidding
   Juniors Auctions is an online-only auction. Bidders must register online to place bids. We also offer absentee bidding forms, which authorize Juniors Auctions to bid on your behalf up to your stated maximum.

3. Bids Are Binding
   All bids are final and may not be withdrawn once placed. In rare cases, exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion if you contact us promptly.

4. Condition, Descriptions, and Returns
   All items are sold “as is, where is”, with no warranties, guarantees, or returns. Descriptions and photos are provided as a guide and represent Juniors Auctions’ best efforts; however, bidders are responsible for determining condition, authenticity, and value prior to bidding.
   Juniors Auctions is not responsible for clerical errors, omissions, or technical issues (including internet or platform-related errors). If you have questions about a lot, please contact us before bidding.

5. Extended Bidding (“Bid Sniping” Protection)
   Juniors Auctions uses extended bidding. If a bid is placed within the final minutes of a lot closing, the closing time will be extended by an additional two (2) minutes to allow fair bidding.

6. Viewing / Inspection
   A public viewing day will be held the day before the auction, allowing bidders to inspect items in person. Inspection is strongly encouraged.

7. Age Requirement
   All bidders must be 18 years of age or older.

8. Default / Non-Payment
   Failure to pay or complete a purchase may result in account suspension or permanent banning, and bidding privileges may be revoked. Juniors Auctions reserves the right to pursue any additional remedies available.

Shipping Policy

We are currently offering in-house shipping through Canada Post. We strive to keep shipping costs as reasonable and fair as possible; however, packing materials will be included in the final shipping charge. Exact shipping costs cannot be determined until your final invoice has been prepared, at which time we will be able to provide a more accurate estimate.

Please note that we do not ship items larger than 24" x 24". Some oversized, fragile, heavy, or high-risk items may not be eligible for shipping.

Once a parcel has been packed, labelled, and accepted by Canada Post, any issues involving lost, missing, stolen, delayed, or damaged parcels must be handled through Canada Post’s claim process. Juniors Auctions is not responsible for parcels once they are in the possession of Canada Post. Insurance or additional coverage is available upon request where eligible, and must be requested before shipping is completed.

Fragile items including glass, china, porcelain, pottery, ceramics, and similar items are shipped at the buyer’s risk. While we take care when packing, these items may not be covered for damage by Canada Post.

Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs, packing materials, insurance if requested, and any additional fees associated with shipping.
